  • SIZE.To reduce the bulk, mass, and footprint of the buildings, so that the development complies with ALL of the design criteria in the ordinance.
  • SEWER.To compel the developer to upgrade the overburdened sanitary sewer to meet the projected loads.
  • ENVIRONMENT.To bring about a responsible and efficient resolution of the outstanding environmental issues, including demolition process concerns.
